He’s always very calm and polite when we discuss. He also explained all the processes and steps that were a part of this transfer, and coordinated very well. He also answered any and every question that I had.

Coming to my experience during the transfer of items, there were two guys who came to pack my things, and they were experts at their job. The packing was top-notch, and they were again very calm and polite. They completed the entire process in a couple of hours. There were 17 boxes and a bike, and they wrapped everything up in close to 2 hours. Packaging was great.

Coming to the delivery, I had actually requested Pradeep to get the items delivered on a specific day as I was moving to Hyderabad on that day, and it was taken care of, for which I’m very thankful. The delivery was great. All the items were intact, and there was absolutely no damage to any of the items.

The one thing where I think there could be some improvement is that the customer should ideally be able to track where the items are, and currently, there is no option for that. Although Mr Pradeep always provides timely updates whenever he reaches out.

All in all, this has been a great experience, and I am completely satisfied with the service provided.
