I shift my good from gurugram to Hyderabad. My goods deliver very safe. There is no any problem. They give very good transport facility and deliver a goods in very less time max 10 days.

Horrible experience in sending my car from Delhi to Kolkata. While booking, they greedily committed 6-7 days time, Max 10 days. But in reality, its 15 days since I booked my car, but yet to receive it in good shape.

First of all, they don’t have any car moving trailer which they sub-contract to any cheaper 3rd party trailer owner after receiving your car with 70-90% advance payment.

And then, you are at the mercy of thar 3rd party trailer owner and his driver and your sheer luck. In my case, they shared me a video promptly showing that my car got loaded onto some trailer (number was hidden) and also showing that it’s the last car to make me believe that the trailer will leave that night.

But that’s not reality as the trailer didn’t move from Gurgaon for next 2 days, waiting for more cars. The video shared with me was later discovered as fake as the other cars already loaded were incoming to Delhi-NCR and were to be unloaded and fresh cars to be loaded.

Once I was told that the trailer has started moving (they will never share trailer tracker nor will share the drivers contact) I was happy. But after 2 days I was told that the trailer has broken down due to some problems in engine which was heating up too much. It took another 4 days to get it repaired, before it could proceed further.

Now, on the 14th day, I was told that the trailer has crossed the Jharkhand-Bengal border and is only 70km away and that my car will be delivered the next day.

But the next day never arrived as I am given a new story today…….that there was huge traffic and no-entry for which the trailer is now stranded at some place approx 30km away from Kolkata. They never share driver’s contact or any local tracking to believe the actual facts and you will never have any other options but to believe on their lies.

I only pray to the almighty that they finally deliver my car tomorrow in a good condition.

Bottomline is……..NEVER BOOK YOUR CAR THRU THIS AGENCY.
